June 30: nora cam

Nora wanted to look at the pictures
on my phone in the back seat.  She then
switched it to the camera and started taking
pictures.  This is the only picture we have
together on our 6th anniversary.

June 29: mileage

We just started our road trip.  This was the mileage.
I think that's got to be good luck! 

June 28: missing rusty

Rusty has already started his vacation.
Now I have to clean up Myles' mess myself!

I gave Nora a popsicle on this got day.
My heart melted as fast as that popsicle
when I caught her sharing it with her brother.

June 18: lost

If you look closely, you can see
two deer in the front of the house.  And
they aren't lawn ornaments.  Those were two
actual deer that somehow got into the
neighborhood.  It was crazy to see!

June 17: amused

Myles amused himself for quite a
while after he realized he could stick his
finger in the fountain hole and make
the water go crazy. Boys. Gotta love 'em.

June 16: father's day

Happy Father's Day, Dan.

I think I hit the jackpot with his gift!
Too bad he told me what he wanted and
knew exactly what it was. :)

June 15: homemade

Fancy homemade strawberry
shortcake for Father's Day.

June 14: close enough

They aren't exactly local eggs....
but they are nearby.

June 13: oil change

I got my oil changed today.  Both kids were
very curious with the whole process.  

June 12: water ball

Looks like the lawyers got word of
Dan's speeding ticket in North Carolina.

June 10: mani-pedi

Cashed in my Mother's Day gift today.
My fingers and toes are lookin' fab.

June 9: big kitty

We went to the Brookfield Zoo this weekend.
My zoom lens let me take some awesome pics of the animals.

June 8: broken glass

While I was prepping for dinner this afternoon
I suddenly hear a crash right behind me.
The dome that covers our kitchen light
fell down and shattered into a million little
pieces.  I had changed the light bulb 2
days prior and obviously didn't put the
glass back up properly.
THANKFULLY, both children were
napping at the time of the incident and none
of them were hurt!! 

June 7: lashes

Boys always get the longest lashes.

June 6: climbers

Nora nicely poses while Myles says, "I'm
outta here!"  They love climbing up the
stairs together.  They giggle the whole time.

June 5: diaper buddies

Time spent splashing at the splash table =
very wet clothes. Very wet clothes =
diaper buds when we go in for lunch.

June 4: strolling along

Nora and Mallory haven't had a play
date outside of church class in a long
time.  They picked up right where they
left off.  Took turns pushing each
other in the stroller.

June 3: reading

boy... even harder when he's on your lap!)

June 2: power wash

We borrowed the neighbor's power washer
to wash our patio.  We were amazed at
what a difference it made.  I didn't realize
the patio was that dirty.

Of course once I saw the dirt and grime
flying off, I had to have  little fun.

June 1: nighttime routine

Feeding Myles his nighttime bottle while Nora snuggles
up on my other side with Guy.  Our nightly routine.
