September 27: bonding

I love it when they play so nicely together.  Even
it's only for a few minutes at a time.
They were quietly coloring on the same paper. Love.

September 26: head band

As I was getting ready, Myles kept trying
to put this head band on so I put it on him
and he kept it on for a few minutes before
taking it off.  And he's still super cute.

September 25: beater

We're baking goodies this morning.

September 23: sunday school

I volunteered to teach Sunday School at
church this year.  The program is great and
completely different than when I was a kid.
We start with songs then separate into
grade levels (these are just the preschoolers
through second grade)

September 22: still fits

Myles got this hat last winter from
Josh and Heather.  Lucky for us, it still fits!

September 21: church class

Church class is back in session!
So far, it seems like she's over being
held during snack.  She stayed in
her seat and listed to the store the
entire time.  Growing up!

September 20: pedals

Little boy keeps pulling the heads off my
mum plant and sprinkling the pedals on the
ground.  Pretty.

September 19: rarely quiet

Not even when he's watching Bubble
Guppies with Sister, because he
was watching the construction episode
and big machines are very exciting.

September 18: bad mood cure

Sometimes to cure a bad mood we take
silly pictures together.
Worked this time!

September 17: big girl swing

She's finally choosing the big girl swing
more often than the baby swing. 

September 16: thirty-one

September 14: looking out

September 13: happy again

After crying for about 30 minutes after his
nap, he just snapped out of it and is back
to my happy boy again.

September 12: climber

Only thirteen and a half months old and he
just climbed up this ladder by himself. 

September 11: swimming lessons

Swimming class started tonight!
Someone is excited to go "wimmin".

It's a class that parents go in the pool with
their kids and both Nora and Myles are
enrolled.  I take one, Dan takes the other.

September 10: finally!

After not being able to eat or drink anything
since midnight the night before, I was
so happy when I was able to drink water
and saltines. 

September 9: pack attack

Ready to cheer on the pack to victory! 

September 8: urgent care

Tonight we were supposed to have a date night to the
Lutheran Home Dinner Auction with Dan's family.  Instead,
we had our date night in urgent care.  I had a kidney stone.
But we still took a picture together!

Romantic.

September 7: mr. stubborn

I should still be napping but I woke up after only an
hour (all day long...) and I can be really stubborn about
going back to sleep.  So I'm awake but I'm  not ready
to move much yet.  Instead, I'll eat one of mom's pop chips.

September 4: twenty bones

Found Daddy's wallet... and a twenty. 

September 3: little cart

Mommy-Daughter date to the grocery store
means no Myles along and that means
Nora was able to snag a little cart.

September 2: monkey boy

Boys are climbers.  Myles is no
exception.  He's fearless.
Climbed up there because he heard
Rusty barking outside and just had
to take a look.

September 1: captain

Captain Dan had a mini captain helper on our electric
boat tour of the Chicago River today.
