August 6: mini mama

You can always tell what Myles has been
doing lately by looking at what this mini
mama does with her baby.  Her baby is
still too small to walk so she, of course,
helps her walk... just like I used to do with Myles.

August 7: the garden giveth

I just picked and entire strainer
worth of tomatoes from our garden.
Myles ate almost an entire tomato that he
picked himself while I filled my bowl.
I plan on making a gazpacho to go with
our tomato, basil, and mozzarella paninis
for Thursday night.

August 5: state fair

The kids experienced all things Wisconsin State Fair
today.  Flavored milk, giant slide and all.

August 4: baby bump

That's Baby Irish #3 in there!
Due 12.12.12.  How cool is that?!

August 3: humble abode

The family visited the new home owners tonight.
Congratulation, Jeff and Katie.  The house is beautiful.

August 2: flash forward

Only 14 more years, kiddo.

August 1: swimmers

Today, we went into the city to meet up with three other
ladies I worked with my first two years of teaching.  When
we started, no one had kids.  Now, there's six kids between
the four of us.  This is the first time we've all met each
other's children.  I wish I would have thought to try to get
a picture of all six of them together.  Sadly, this was the
only picture I got of any of them today.
